This role would require ordering, managing resident diets, scheduling/training staff, payroll, budget compliance, kitchen reporting, working with other departments to assist resident needs, and cooking as needed.
As a department head in the facility, you would be on call for emergencies in your department in addition to taking part in a manager on duty rotation to provide weekend management coverage.
If required to work any weekend shifts, a day off during the work week would be offered in return.
