Looking for either a Tax Manager or Tax Senior DOE Our client is a well-established New Jersey based full service public accounting firm and for over 30 years now, they have been providing tax management and accounting services to both individuals and businesses within a wide range of industries.
Some of their services include accounting, tax preparation and management, estate and trust planning, IRS representation, payroll services, budget analysis, financial advisement and more.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planningAccurately prepare complex tax returns and tax projections in a timely mannerReview tax returns prepared by others while assuming primary responsibility Ensure the completion of engagements, including identifying and addressing problem areasIdentify tax problems, perform research and develop solutionsIdentify and execute opportunities to mentor and train tax staffIdentify / find additional services in client workWork with partners to pursue and engage new clientsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, finance, business, or related field.

years of tax management experience within public accounting Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop long-term client relationshipsExcellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returnsExceptional at prioritization and time management, sometimes within tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly detail oriented and organizedInterested in hearing more?
